Study on the conversion of chlorosilane containing impurities into soluble silicon fertilizer
Chlorosilane containing impurities emitted from polycrystalline silicon production is taken as raw materials to explore the effects of different content of surfactants(chitosan)on the perfor-mance of soluble silicon fertilizer.A method of"alkali leaching plus hydrothermal"is adopted for preparing soluble silicon fertilizer. The effects of different chitosan content on the properties of solu-ble silicon fertilizer are explored by XRD,SEM and BET.The results show that when the addition of chitosan is 3%,the particle composition of the sample becomes a finer porous structure. The porous structure makes it easier to extract soluble silicon fertilizer with a content of 28.23%.This study pro-vides theoretical support for achieving deep utilization of silicon resources and improving the green production process of polycrystalline silicon industry.
