青海地区马铃薯主要病毒检测与分析

病毒病是影响马铃薯产量和种薯质量的重要因素之一.为了解青海省马铃薯主要病毒种类,本研究于2019-2020年从青海省湟中区、大通回族土族自治县、湟源县、互助土族自治县和乐都区生产田中采集疑似病株叶片245份,从不同级别种薯上采集种薯201份.应用酶联免疫吸附法(DAS-ELISA)对马铃薯PVY、PVX、PLRV、PVA、PVM、PVS和AMV等7种主要病毒进行筛查.结果表明:在105份样品中检测到病毒,其中PVY病毒的检出率最高,为28.98%;PVS的检出率次之,为21.22%;PLRV、PVX、PVM和PVA的检出率相对较低,分别为5.31%、4.90%、4.49%和2.86%;未检测到AMV.2种病毒复合侵染较普遍,主要类型为PVY+PVS,侵染率达到10.20%;未发现3种及以上病毒复合侵染现象.在不同县区马铃薯生产田中病毒种类和带毒率差异明显.不同级别种薯的病毒检测结果符合马铃薯种薯质量标准.
Virus disease is one of the important factors affecting the yield and seed quality of Sola-num tuberosum L..In order to explore the main virus species of Solanum tuberosum L.in Qinghai re-gion,245 samples of the suspected diseased plant leaves were collected from the production fields of Huangzhong District,Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County,Huangyuan County,Huzhu Tu Autono-mous County and Ledu District in Qinghai from 2019 to 2020.A total of 201 samples of seed were collected from different grades of Solanum tuberosum L..Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(DAS-ELISA)is used to screen seven major viruses in Solanum tuberosum L.,including PVY,PVX,PL-RV,PVA,PVM,PVS and AM V.The results show that the virus is detected in 105 samples,and the detection rate of PVY virus is the highest(28.98%),following is PVS,with a detection rate of 21.22%.The detection rates of PLRV,PVX,PVM and PVA are relatively low,at 5.31%,4.90%,4.49%and 2.86%respectively,while AMV is not detected.The co-infection of PVY+PVS is common,with an infection rate of 10.20%.No co-infection of three or more viruses is found.There are significant differences in virus species and virus carrying rate in Solanum tuberosum L.fields in different counties.The virus detection results of different grades of Solanum tuberosum L.are in line with its quality standard.
