Effects of different fertilization levels on the nutritional quality of Yushu Brassica rapa L.
To investigate the effects of different fertilization levels on the nutritional quality of Yushu Brassica rapa L.,field experiments are conducted by taking the crop as the experimental materials, with no fertilization as the control(CK),so as to explore the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer application rates and compound fertilizer ratios on its quality. The content of solu-ble sugar, nitrite, soluble protein, vitamin C and polysaccharide in Yushu Brassica rapa L.is evalua-ted by using membership function and correlation analysis. The results show that applying 8 kg of po-tassium sulfate per 667 m2 has the best effect on improving soluble sugar content, while 15 kg of compound fertilizer has the best effect on increasing polysaccharide content. The application of 6 kg potassium sulfate has the best effect on improving soluble protein content, while 4 kg potassium sul-fate has the best effect on increasing vitamin C content.Besides,20 kg diammonium phosphate has the most significant effect on reducing nitrite content. The nutritional quality of Yushu Brassica rapa L.is improved under the treatments of K6,K4,P15,N10 and K8.The study can provide data refe-rence for high-yield and high-quality cultivation of Yushu Brassica rapa L.in the future.
