青海2种龙胆属植物种子生物学特性研究

为探讨青海龙胆属植物种子的萌发特性,提高种子利用率,以蓝玉簪龙胆(Gentiana veit-chiorum Hemsl.)和管花秦艽(Gentiana siphonantha Maxim.)为研究对象,进行植物种子的生物学特性观测与分析,并设置清水处理与不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)处理进行种子萌发试验.结果表明:相对于管花秦艽种子蓝玉簪龙胆种子体形较小,重量较轻,且吸水速度较快;在清水处理条件下,蓝玉簪龙胆种子发芽历时短,但发芽率低于管花秦艽种子,且下胚轴伸长速度较慢;在不同浓度的赤霉素处理条件下,300 mg/L浓度的GA3处理可显著提高蓝玉簪龙胆种子萌发率,而200 mg/L和250 mg/L浓度的GA3处理则有效提高了管花秦艽种子的萌发率.研究结果可为青海地区蓝玉簪龙胆和管花秦艽的开发利用提供参考依据.
Study on the seed biological characteristics of two types of Gentiana plant seed in Qinghai
Gentiana veitchiorum Hemsl.and Gentiana siphonantha Maxim.are taken as research ob-jects to explore the germination characteristics of Gentiana plant seed in Qinghai and improve the uti-lization rate of its seed.The biological characteristics of their seeds are observed and analyzed.The effects of clean water treatment and different concentrations of gibberellin(GA3)on the seed germina-tion are compared as well.The results are as follows:Compared with G.siphonantha Maxim.,the size of G.veitchiorum Hemsl.seeds is small,with light weight and fast water absorption rate.Under the condition of clean water treatment,the germination period of G.veitchiorum Hemsl.seeds is short,while its germination rate is lower than that of G.siphonanth Maxim.seeds,and the elongation speed of the hypocotyl is slower.Under different concentrations of gibberellin treatment,GA3 treatment at a concentration of 300 mg/L can significantly improve the germination rate of G.veitchiorum Hemsl.seeds,while GA3 treatments at the concentrations of 200 mg/L and 250 mg/L can effectively improve the germination rate of G.siphonantha Maxim.seeds.The research results can provide reference basis for the development and utilization of G.veitchiorum Hemsl.and G.siphonantha Maxim.in Qinghai.
