铸造耐热铝合金的析出相及其稳定化策略研究进展

摘要
大动力/大功率器件对耐热铝合金的需求不断增大,铸造耐热铝合金大尺寸产品制备工艺成熟,因而其应用广泛.本文综述了铸造耐热铝合金的析出相与微观组织稳定化的研究现状,讨论了耐热铝合金的主要特征,总结了铸造耐热铝合金高温性能的最新研究成果,着重从耐热相的种类、形貌、粗化率方面进行评述,展望了铸造耐热铝合金的发展趋势.
Abstract
The demand for heat-resistant aluminum alloy for high-power devices is increas-ing,and the heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy is still the most popular choice for application because of its proven large-sized product preparation process and clear microstructure evolu-tion.In this paper,the research status of precipitated phase selection and microstructure sta-bilization of heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy is reviewed,the main characteristics and con-struction theory of heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy are discussed,and the latest research results on high temperature performance of heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy are summa-rized,focusing on heat-resistant phase type,morphology and coarsing rate.Finally,the de-velopment trend of heat-resistant cast aluminum alloy is prospected.
