分级时效对7B05铝合金型材组织性能的影响

摘要
采用自然时效72h+120℃24h+185℃105min+90℃12h+150℃12h的新型分级时效热处理工艺,获得了综合性能优异的7B05铝合金挤压型材.研究表明,经分级时效处理后,型材晶内析出相主要为ŋ'相、少量ŋ平衡相和GP区,晶界析出相呈断续分布,无沉淀析出带宽度控制在100 nm左右;型材的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别达到了373 MPa,324 MPa和16.4%,晶间腐蚀等级为2级.
Abstract
7B05 aluminum alloy profile with excellent comprehensive properties was ob-tained after multi-stage aging treatment with an optimized new process,i.e.natural aging for 72 h+120 ℃/24 h+185 ℃/105 min+90 ℃/12 h+150 ℃/12 h.After treatment,the precipitation configuration in the alloy is dominated by ŋ'phase and supplemented by GP+ŋ phase,the grain boundary phase is discontinuously distributed,and the width of precipita-tion-free zone is controlled at about 100 nm.The tensile strength,yield strength and elonga-tion after fracture reach 373 MPa,324 MPa and 16.4%respectively,and the intergranular corrosion grade is 2.
