摘要

针对汽车散热器扁管的多次穿孔泄漏问题,根据失效样的情况,使用合适的分析仪器和方法,快速准确地找到失效原因.不合格防冻冷却液、铜污染、不合适的制管和钎焊工艺是导致穿孔的主要原因.根据分析结果做相应改进,有效地避免了此类质量问题.

Abstract

In response to the problem of multiple perforation and leakage of flat tubes for automotive aluminum radiators,appropriate analytical instruments and methods were used to quickly and accurately identify the cause of failure based on the situation of the failure sam-ple.It has been determined that unqualified antifreeze coolant,copper contamination,un-suitable tube making and brazing processes are the main causes of perforation.The customer made corresponding improvements based on the analysis results,effectively reducing such quality issues.
