摘要

探讨了固溶温度和固溶时间对EV31A镁合金力学性能、显微组织、断口形貌的影响.结果表明:当固溶温度520℃时,EV31A镁合金综合力学性能最优.固溶时间大于6 h后,固溶时间对其抗拉强度、伸长率的影响不大,固溶时间取6~10h为宜.

Abstract

The experiment studied the effect of solution temperature and solution time on the mechanical properties,microstrusture and fracture morphology of the EV31A magnesium alloy.The results show that when solution temperature is 520 ℃,mechanical properties of EV31A magnesium alloy are the best.When solution time is longer than 6 h,it has little effect on tensile strength and elongation of EV31 A magnesium alloy.The appropriate solution time should be 6-10 hours.
