在铝合金铸锭铸造过程中,为减少流槽中熔体铝液温降,确保半连续铸造温度,设计了从熔保炉、过滤箱、除气箱直至铸造平台的流槽保温盖板以及移动火枪等保温加热装置.3104 铝合金铸造试验表明,流槽保温装置可减小熔体温降及温度波动,提高铸造温度,有效减少因铸造温度过低产生的铸锭光亮晶粒缺陷.经验证,该流槽加热装置可推广应用在铝合金铸锭工业化生产中,提高铸锭质量.
Insulation heating device for aluminum alloy casting launder
In the process of casting aluminum alloy ingots,insulation heating devices such as moving heating gun and the launder insulation cover(from the melt protection furnace,filter box,degassing box to the casting table)were designed,in order to reduce melt temperature drop in the launder and ensure semi-continuous casting temperature.The casting test of 3104 aluminum alloy shows that the launder insulation devices can reduce the temper-ature drop and fluctuation of aluminum melt,increase casting temperature,and effectively reduce the bright grain defects of 3104 aluminum alloy ingots caused by low casting tempera-ture.After verification,the launder heating devices can be widely applied in the industrial production of aluminum alloy ingots,improving the quality of the ingots.
