3003/6A02/3003高强度铝合金复合板钎焊及人工时效工艺研究

以6A02 铝合金为芯层,3003 铝合金为两侧包覆层,经熔铸、复合、热轧、冷轧及成品退火制备了厚度为1.5 mm的三层铝合金复合板.在 600℃温度下模拟钎焊后,进行空冷和水冷,并分别在 160℃、170℃、180℃、190℃、200℃保温2h人工时效.结果显示,空冷方式下,人工时效温度为190℃时,复合板的抗拉强度、屈服强度、显微硬度最高,分别为297.1 MPa、251.8 MPa、115.0 HV;200℃时已出现过时效.水冷方式下,人工时效温度为200℃时,复合板的抗拉强度、屈服强度、显微硬度最大,分别为320.7 MPa、291.3 MPa、122.5 HV.钎焊后芯层晶粒相对于钎焊前略微长大,人工时效后并未进一步长大,在芯层中的粗大第二相为基体残留的AlFeSiMnCu相.
Research on brazing and artificial aging process of 3003/6A02/3003 aluminum alloy cladding sheet
1.5 mm-thick three-layered cladding sheets of aluminum alloy were prepared,with 6A02 as core materials and 3003 as cladding materials,by melting and casting,clad-ding,hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing.The treatments were carried out on the sheet,i.e.brazing simulation at 600℃,air cooling,water cooling,and artificial aging at 160℃,170℃,180℃,190℃and 200℃respectively for 2 h.The performance test results show that after 190℃artificial aging,the air-cooled sheets obtain the maximum tensile strength,yield strength and microhardness,i.e.297.1 MPa,251.8 MPa and 115.0 HV respective-ly.Overaging has already occurred at 200℃.The water-cooled sheets,after 200℃artifi-cial aging obtain the maximum tensile strength,yield strength and microhardness,i.e.320.7 MPa,291.3 MPa and 122.5 HV respectively.The grains of core materials after bra-zing are a slight greater than those before brazing,but do not grow further after artificial ag-ing.The irregular second phase in the core material is Al-Fe-Si-Mn-Cu phase which remains in the matrix after brazing.
