摘要
借助扫描电镜和金相显微镜,通过断口形貌观察、能谱分析、显微组织分析及晶粒观察,探明3003 铝合金焊接管开裂原因.结果表明:3003 铝合金焊接管开裂是焊接温度过高导致铝管局部过烧,基体产生内应力引起的.
Abstract
The cause of the fracture of the 3003 aluminum alloy welded tube was found out through SEM and OM observation of fracture morphology,energy spectrum analysis,metallo-graphic analysis and grain observation.The results show that excessive welding temperature causes localized overheating of the aluminum tube,resulting in internal stress on the sub-strate and ultimately leading to cracking of the 3003 aluminum tube.
