Development of standard samples for spectrochemical analysis of high-Zn 7×××aluminum alloys
This article introduces the process flow of developing as-cast standard samples(blocks)for spectrochemical analysis of high-Zn 7×××series aluminum alloys,the sam-pling method and determination method of sample uniformity,and the microstructure charac-teristics of as-cast standard samples(blocks)for composition analysis.By assigning chemi-cal composition values to as-cast standard samples(blocks)of high-Zn 7×××series alumi-num alloy,the reliability of the standard sample values was determined,ultimately meeting the usage standards and filling the domestic gap,further advancing the development of alu-minum alloy standard samples in China.
