Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr系高强稀土镁合金研究现状及发展趋势

由于镁合金室温下塑性差,高温下强度较低,限制了它在诸多领域的应用发展.近年来国内外学者陆续开发出了含长周期堆垛有序结构相的Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr系高强稀土镁合金,并对该合金系制备加工时组织性能的变化及机理进行深入研究.文章综述了近年来Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr系高强稀土镁合金的研究现状及进展,分析了合金成分、常规塑性加工技术及热处理等对合金组织性能的影响,并展望该合金的研究方向.
Research status and development trend of high-strength Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr series RE-Mg alloys
The application and development of magnesium alloys have been limited in many fields due to poor plasticity at room temperature and low strength at high temperatures.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have successively developed high-strength Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr series RE-Mg alloys containing a long-period stacking ordered structure phase,and made in-depth studies on the changes of structure and properties and the mecha-nism during the alloy preparation and processing.The article summarizes the research status and development of high-strength Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr RE-Mg alloys in recent years,discusses the effects of alloy composition,conventional plastic processing technology and heat treat-ment on the structure and properties of the alloys,and prospects for the research direction of the alloys.
