摘要

为了获得高性能的2A70铝合金锻件,对锻造+热处理和预锻+锻造+热处理的2A70铝合金锻件微观组织与力学性能进行研究.用GX51金相显微镜观察2A70铝合金锻件微观组织,用电子万能试验机检测2A70铝合金锻件的力学性能.研究结果表明,锻造+热处理的2A70铝合金锻件性能满足Rm≥410 MPa、Rp0.2≥350 MPa、显微组织无过烧、显微晶粒度不小于4级的设计要求,但不满足A≥8%的设计要求;预锻+锻造+热处理的2A70铝合金锻件性能满足Rm≥410 MPa、Rp0.2≥350 MPa、A≥8%、显微组织无过烧、显微晶粒度不小于4级的全部设计要求.2A70铝合金锻造前增加预锻,可以提高其断后伸长率,综合性能优良,符合设计要求.

Abstract

In order to obtain high-performance 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings,the micro-structure and mechanical properties of 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings after forging+heat treatment and pre-forging+forging+heat treatment were studied.The microstructure of 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings after treatment were observed under GX51 metallography mi-croscope and their mechanical properties were tested on electronic universal test machine.The results show that the properties of forging+heat-treated 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings meet the design requirements of Rm ≥410 MPa,Rp0.2 ≥ 350 MPa,no burnt microstructure and grain size not less than Lv.4,but does not meet the design requirements of A ≥8%.The performance of 2A70 aluminum alloy forgings modified by pre-forging+forging+heat treat-ment meets all design requirements of Rm ≥410 MPa,Rp0.2 ≥350 MPa,A ≥8%,no burnt microstructure and grain size not less than Lv4.The elongation after fracture of 2A70 alumi-num alloy forgings can be improved by adding pre-forging before forging,and the comprehen-sive performance is excellent,which meets the design requirements.
