Influence of annealing temperature on microstructure and intergranular corrosion resistance of 5A02 aluminum alloy tube
The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and intergranular corrosion performance of 5A02 aluminum alloy tubes was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),and metallographic microscope. The intergranular corrosion resistance of the tubes was evaluated through intergranular corrosion experiments. The results show that with an in-crease in annealing temperature, the microstructure changes from low fiber to recrystallization after maintaining an annealing time of 1 hour. When the annealing temperature is below 300℃,the intergranular corrosion resistance increases as temperature rises. When the annealing temperature is above 300 ℃,it decreases as temperature rises.
