摘要

探讨了钛合金叶轮的切削加工工艺,包括切削参数的优化、高效切削工具和材料的应用、切削液的应用、加工过程中的热控制等.明确了各种参数对机加效率和产品质量的影响,并提出了针对实际切削的改进建议.

Abstract

This article states the cutting technology of titanium alloy impellers,including optimization of cutting parameters,application of efficient cutting tools and materials,appli-cation of cutting fluids,and thermal control during the machining process.It also identifies the effect of various parameters on machining efficiency and product quality,and proposes advice on cutting improvement.
