层状铝合金复合板钎焊工艺的研究

摘要
采取简便改进措施,探索4343/3003 层状铝合金复合板在普通箱式炉中的钎焊工艺.结果表明:在普通箱式炉中,用预热的钢块使试样快速升温,同时将热电偶探头与试样表面直接接触进行测温,用木炭覆盖试样表面防止氧化,在这些改进措施实施后,可以获得质量良好的钎焊接头.讨论了钎焊温度、保温时间及载荷压力对钎缝宏观形貌和微观组织的影响,得出结论:在普通箱式炉中,均匀施加 1.5N载荷,在 610℃下保温 8 min或 620℃下保温6 min,4343/3003 层状铝合金复合板钎焊接头质量良好.
Abstract
The brazing process of 4343/3003 laminated aluminum alloy composite plate in ordinary box furnace has been improved after taking simple measures,i.e.rapidly heating up the samples with preheated steel,measuring temperature with the thermocouple probe di-rectly contacting the sample surface,and preventing oxidation with charcoal covering the sample surface.Those can lead to satisfactory brazing joints.Macroscopic morphology and microstructure of brazing joints have been investigated with different brazing temperatures,insulation time,and load pressure.The results show that satisfactory brazing joints can be obtained in the ordinary box furnace with brazing temperature,insulation time,and load pressure as 610℃,8min and 1.5 N,or as 620℃,6 min and 1.5 N respectively.
