摘要
7075铝合金密度小,比强度高,时效硬化潜力优异,在航空航天、军事等领域有着广泛的应用,未来在汽车轻量化领域也将发挥重要作用.但7075铝合金板材传统热成形设备成本高,冷成形时易开裂回弹.为探究低成本、高效率、高性能T4态7075铝合金板材回溶时效冲压一体化成形技术的可行性,通过硬度、强度试验以及扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜研究了 T4态高强7075铝合金在120~240℃的回溶特性.研究结果表明,回溶处理能够有效改善7075T4铝合金的成形性,并获得良好的烘烤硬化效应.
Abstract
7075 aluminum alloy has low density,high specific strength and good aging hardening behavior.It is widely used in aerospace and military at present and will play an important role on automotive lightweighting in the future.It is,however,prone to cracking and springback during cold forming,and the traditional hot forming equipment costs much.Therefore,Integrated Reversion Aging and Forming(IRAF)has been investigated in order to achieve a cost-efficient and productive process on forming high-performance 7075T4 alu-minum alloy.The reversion aging characteristics of high-strength 7075T4 aluminum alloy has been studied at 120 ℃-240 ℃ with hardness test,tensile test and SEM/TEM.The results show that IRAF effectively improves formability of 7075T4 aluminum alloy and leads to good paintbake response(pbr).
