高Fe含量6063合金再生铝型材加工工艺研究

6063铝合金是一种性能优异、应用广泛的铝合金,良好的加工性能、耐腐蚀性和装饰性使得它在交通、建筑、电子等多个领域都有重要的应用价值.但随着废铝添加比例的不断提高,以Fe为代表的有害杂质元素对再生铝合金型材性能的不利影响也相应增加,为保证材料性能,所添加废铝的类型及比例受到严格控制.为进一步提高废铝添加比例,以现有合金的成分标准,通过模拟计算进行了再生6063铝合金成分的设计,并在离心法有效控制Fe元素含量的前提下,优化了均匀化退火、挤压、固溶时效等关键工艺参数,实现了高Fe含量无害化甚至有益化的转化,在此基础上试制的汽车前碰梁用再生6063铝合金型材可满足力学性能以及碳排放的要求.
Study on the preparation and processing technology of 6063 alloy recycled aluminum profiles with high Fe content
6063 aluminum alloy is a high-performance and widely-used material with im-portant application value in multiple fields such as transportation,construction and electron-ics due to its excellent processing performance,corrosion resistance and decorative proper-ties.However,with increasing in the proportion of recycled aluminum added,the adverse effects of harmful elements represented by Fe on the performance of the aluminum profiles are also increasing.To ensure the material performance,the type and proportion of recycled alu-minum added need to be strictly controlled.In order to further increase the proportion of scrap aluminum added,the composition of recycled 6063 aluminium alloy was designed through simulation calculation based on the existing material composition standards.In addi-tion to the control of the Fe element content by centrifugation during the purification process of the melt,key parameters such as homogenization,extrusion,solutionizing and aging were optimized,by which the negative effects caused by Fe can be effectively suppressed.On this basis,the recycled 6063 aluminum alloy used for the car front bumper can simultaneously meet the requirements of mechanics and carbon emission.
