在线净化装置对某7×××系铝合金熔体渣含量的影响

摘要
采用PoDFA法离线测渣仪对某7×××铝合金保温炉出口、在线除气装置出口、过滤装置出口熔体取样进行离线测渣,确定了夹渣物含量及夹渣物种类,并对夹渣物的来源进行了分析.结果表明:该7×××铝合金中典型夹渣物为氧化铝、氧化镁、冶金学尖晶石,夹渣物经在线除气装置处理后有所减少,经过滤装置处理后除渣效果显著.
Abstract
A certain 7 ×××-aluminum-alloy slag samples from the outlet of the holding furnace,the online degasser and the filter were measured with the off-line slag analyzer based on the PoDFA method.The slag content and type were determined and the source was analyzed.The results show that the slags typically contain alumina,magnesium oxide,met-allurgical spinel and decrease grain refiner.Slags decrease slightly after degassing and great-ly after filtering.
