Recrystallization prediction of 5182 aluminum alloy hot-rolled sheet based on JMAK method
The effects of initial grain size,deformation temperature,strain,strain rate,and holding time on the recrystallization behavior of 5182 aluminum alloy hot-rolled sheet were systematically studied by dimensionality reduction and optimization of JMAK recrystalli-zation prediction model.Through a series of tests,independent effect of individual factors on recrystallization behavior were successfully obtained,and the coefficients of the JMAK pre-diction model were determined based on this.Combining the Deform thermoplastic deforma-tion prediction software,the study successfully predicted the distribution cloud map of re-crystallization volume fraction during the hot rolling process of 5182 aluminum alloy sheet was successfully predicted.A comparative analysis of the recrystallization volume fractions at typical locations on the hot-rolled sheet was conducted,showing that the maximum predicted error along the width direction of the sheet surface was less than 9.6%,while the maximum predicted error along the width direction of the sheet core was less than 10.9%.The result validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the recrystallization prediction model based on the JMAK method in predicting the recrystallization volume fraction of industrial hot-rolled sheets.
