摘要

"一代装备,一代材料",铝锂合金是航空航天器机体中关键材料之一.铝锂合金的发展主要得益于在铝合金中加入锂,降低了合金密度,增加了弹性模量,使之具有高强度、耐腐蚀以及良好的焊接性等特点.由于其密度低强度高,与传统铝合金材料相比,具有显著的结构减重效果,广泛应用于航空航天器的动力元件、外壳等零部件中.因此,该合金是航空航天技术发展的关键战略材料.本文梳理了一代到四代铝锂合金的发展史以及它在航空航天领域的应用情况.

Abstract

Materials develop as equipment upgrades,and aluminum-lithium alloys,as one of the key materials for aircraft body,have been researched as times call.Adding lithium to aluminum alloys reduces alloy density,increases elastic modulus,and leads to high strength,high corrosion resistance,and good weldability,thereby promoting the development of aluminum-lithium alloys.With lower density and higher strength compared with traditional aluminum alloys,aluminum-lithium alloys have signifrcant structureal weight reduction effects.Thus they have been widely used in power components,casings,and other parts of spacecraft as key strategic materials for the development of aerospace technology.This article reviews the development history of first to fourth generation aluminum-lithium alloys and their applications in the aerospace field.
