摘要

乘用车风冷式中冷器特薄壁矩形高频焊管是用铝带焊接而成的,铝带纵切质量对高频焊管焊缝质量有较大的影响.研究了纵切参数对铝带纵切断面和高频焊质量的影响.零间隙纵切铝带断面质量最好,可提高矩形管焊缝质量.

Abstract

The thin-walled rectangular high-frequency welded tube of the air-cooled inter-cooler for passenger cars is welded by the aluminum strip.The slitting quality of aluminum strip has a great influence on the weld quality of high-frequency welded tube.The influence of slitting parameters on the slitting section and high-frequency welding quality of aluminum strip was studied.Zero-gap slitting leads to the best cross-sectional quality of aluminum strip and improves the quality of rectangular tubes and welds.
