锑元素对Al-Fe合金的力学性能及耐蚀性的影响

锂离子电池铝塑膜用铝箔需要有较高的成形性及耐蚀性.通过场发射扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机、电化学工作站等设备对不同Sb含量的Al-1.45Fe合金的力学性能及耐蚀性进行研究.研究结果表明:在Al-1.45Fe合金中添加适量的Sb,合金的伸长率升高;添加过量的Sb,合金的伸长率降低;当添加w(Sb)=0.05%时,合金的伸长率可以达到27.4%,与未添加Sb的合金的伸长率19.5%相比,提升了 40.5%.极化曲线表明,添加Sb后,合金的自腐蚀电位升高,自腐蚀电流降低,耐蚀性得到提升.
Effect of Sb element on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Al-Fe alloy
High formability and corrosion resistance are desired for the aluminum foil used for aluminum-plastic film of lithium-ion batteries.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of A14.5Fe alloys with different Sb content were investigated though scanning e-lectron microscope(SEM),tensile testing machine and electrochemical workstation.The re-sults show that alloy elongation increases with addition of Sb,and decreases with addition of excessive Sb.The elongation is 27.4%when 0.05wt.%Sb is added,which is 40.5%higher than that of the alloy without Sb(19.5%).The polarization curve shows that addi-tion of Sb increases self-corrosion potential,decrease self-corrosion current and improves cor-rosion resistance.
