高废料比例3104铝合金熔体夹杂物分析及控制

3104 铝合金罐身是目前回收再利用体系最成熟的铝制品,严格控制回收熔炼阶段的熔体质量是提高 3104 废铝使用比例的关键.本研究以某铝加工企业生产高废料比例3104 铝熔体为研究对象,采用Prefil-Footprint测渣仪在熔炼不同阶段开展离线测渣,利用金相及激光诱导击穿光谱分析方法对夹杂物进行定量和定性评价,系统分析了废料比例、净化工艺、深床过滤量对3104 铝熔体夹杂物的影响.结果表明,在废料比例为 69.9%~84.8%条件下,采用炉内精炼、在线除气及深床过滤工艺,夹杂物含量可控制在0.01~0.015 mm2/kg;随着深床过滤量的增加,熔体夹杂物含量随之增加.针对研究结果,提出了有效控制高废料比例3104 铝熔体夹杂物水平的措施,为优化高废铝比例熔体净化工艺提供依据.
Analysis and control of the inclusions in 3104 aluminum alloy melt with high scrap ratio
3104 aluminum alloy can body is the most proven aluminum product in the re-cycling system at present.Strictly controlling the melt quality in the recycling and melting stage is the key to improve the use ratio of 3104 aluminum scrap.This study focused on 3104 aluminum alloy melt with high scrap ratio produced in an aluminum processing enterprise,conducted offline slag measurement experiments with Prefil-Footprint slag analyzer at differ-ent stages of melting,used metallographic and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy analy-sis methods to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate inclusions,then systematically ana-lyzed the effects of scrap ratio,purification process,and deep-bed filtration on inclusions in 3104 aluminum alloy melt.The results show that when scrap ratio is 69.9%~84.8%,the inclusion content can be controlled within 0.01-0.015 mm2/kg Al after in-furnace refi-ning,on-line degassing and deep bed filtration.However,the inclusion content increases with the increase of deep bed filtration.According to the research results,the effective measures to control the inclusion content of 3104 aluminum alloy melt with high scrap ratio are put forward,which provide a basis for optimizing the aluminum melt purification process with high scrap ratio.
