分析了优化前热轧态铝合金带卷检查线存在的问题,介绍了一种应用于铝合金热连轧生产线的热轧态铝合金带卷检查线.对铝合金带卷检查线的开卷方式、夹送矫直辊传动结构、自动化配置及电气检测元件的布置进行优化后,较好地保护了带材表面质量,提高了开卷矫直能力、检查线自动化水平以及检查效率,增加了热轧态铝合金带卷检查线开卷矫直的厚度范围,得到了用户认可.
Optimized design and application of the inspection line for the hot-rolled aluminum alloy strip
The on-site problems of the inspection line are analyzed for hot-rolled aluminum alloy strips before optimization.Regarding those issues,a new inspection line is put for-ward,which optimizes the unwinding method,the transmission structure of the pinch and leveling rollers,the automation configuration,and the arrangement of electrical detection components.It ensures the strip surface quality and improves the ability and thickness range of unwinding leveling,automation level,and inspection efficiency.The on-site problems have been solved soundly.
