The"Four Good Rural Roads"refers to the construction,management,maintenance,and operation of rural roads well.This is an important policy proposed by China to promote the construction of rural infrastruc-ture,promote rural economic development,and improve the travel conditions of farmers.In order to fully imple-ment the spirit of the general secretary's instructions,fully promote the construction of"Four Good Rural Roads"to tackle tough problems,taking Zou City,Shandong Province as an example,according to the development goal of"good operation"in the"Four Good Rural Roads",combined with the development trend of rural revitalization,global tourism and urban-rural integration,according to the research on the development of rural highway infrastruc-ture construction,the county urban and rural public transport planning is proposed,in order to provide reference for China's county urban and rural public transport planning.
