Cold chain logistics evaluation system of plateau agricultural products——Take Qinghai wolfberry as an example
With the development of the rural revitalization strategy,the driving force,influence and radiation of the plateau are rapidly improving,and its position in the national development of green agricultural and sideline products and characteristic agricultural products is increasingly significant.Cold chain logistics of agricultural prod-ucts is an important part of agricultural logistics.In order to explore the existing problems and development counter-measures of cold chain logistics of plateau agricultural products,this paper is based on the relevant theories of cold chain logistics of plateau agricultural products,the status quo of wolfberry and cold chain logistics.Using analytic hierarchy process and referring to the principles and ideas of domestic and foreign scholars in selecting indicators,three first-level indicators and twelve second-level indicators are constructed.By calculating the weight of each index,the performance of the plateau cold chain logistics evaluation system is scored.According to the analysis re-sults,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of cold chain information platform,cold chain management norms,market demand,capital investment,etc.,and suggestions are provided for the develop-ment of plateau characteristic agricultural and sideline products,especially Qinghai wolfberry cold chain logistics.
