深入研究校企合作模式下无损检测实训基地的共享共建、校企共同举办各类大赛和培训的效果,以及高原高海拔地区无损检测行业的发展现状和实训基地建设策略,对此行业健康发展十分重要.因此,本文从高原高海拔地区的角度出发,研究无损检测行业在这些特殊地理环境中的应用价值和面临的挑战.进一步提出适用于高原高海拔地区无损检测实训基地建设和人才培养的策略,为推动实训基地建设和人才培养提供参考.同时,研究也存在一些不足,如依赖理论分析和案例研究,缺乏大量的实证数据支持.未来的研究需要收集更多的实证数据,扩大研究范围,深入研究无损检测技术的发展趋势,以适应行业的发展需求.
Application research on the"1+X"nondestructive testing training base under the school-enterprise co-construction and sharing mode——Taking Qinghai Communications Technical College as an example
It is very important for the healthy development of nondestructive testing industry to deeply study the sharing and co construction of nondestructive testing training base under the mode of school enterprise cooperation,the effect of various competitions and training jointly held by schools and enterprises,and the development status and training base construction strategy of nondestructive testing industry in Plateau high altitude areas.Therefore,from the perspective of Plateau and high altitude areas,this paper studies the application value and challenges of nondestructive testing industry in these special geographical environments.The strategies for the construction of non-destructive testing training base and personnel training in high altitude areas are further proposed,which can provide ref-erence for promoting the construction of training base and personnel training.At the same time,the research also has some shortcomings,such as relying on theoretical analysis and case studies,and lacking a large number of empirical da-ta support.Future research needs to collect more empirical data,expand the scope of research,and deeply study the de-velopment trend of nondestructive testing technology,so as to meet the development needs of the industry.
