甘肃河西地区预制T梁混凝土强度增长特征研究

针对甘肃河西地区预制T梁混凝土强度增长较慢的特征,采用实测数据的方法采集了某项目21 片T梁不同龄期混凝土回弹值,分析了预制T梁混凝土回弹值的整体特征.在Excel软件里采用Correl相关性函数对不同龄期回弹值与6 项环境温度影响因素进行相关性分析,得出预制T梁7 d、21 d、28 d回弹强度受环境温度影响较显著,尤其受最低气温影响较为显著;日温差、日温差变化幅度、最低和最高气温变化幅度对预制T梁强度基本没有影响.研究成果能够为甘肃河西地区预制T梁混凝土浇筑养护施工工艺提供指导性建议,为预制T梁顺利安装创造条件.
Research on the strength growth characteristics of prefabricated T-beam concrete in the Hexi region of Gansu Province
In response to the slow growth of precast T-beam concrete strength in the Hexi region of Gansu Province,the rebound values of 21 T-beams of different ages in a certain project were collected using measured data,and the overall characteristics of the rebound values of precast T-beam concrete were analyzed.In Excel software,a correlation function was used to analyze the correlation between the rebound values at different ages and six environmental temperature influencing factors.It was found that the rebound strength of prefabricated T-beams at 7d,21d,and 28d was significantly affected by environmental temperature,especially the lowest temperature;The daily temperature difference,the amplitude of daily temperature difference variation,and the amplitude of min-imum and maximum temperature variation have little effect on the strength of prefabricated T-beams.The research results can provide guiding suggestions for the concrete pouring and maintenance construction process of prefabrica-ted T beams in the Hexi region of Gansu,and create conditions for the smooth installation of prefabricated T beams.
