Safety management of prefabricated beam erection construction on highways
In highway construction,the T-beam is erected across the railway line,which is a typical working con-dition that is not common in construction,and it is characterized by a tight construction period and a short"skylight time".When the highway beam is erected,the safety risk coefficient is large and the safety performance is low,so the details of the construction plan are required to be high,especially the construction safety management is particularly im-portant.Based on the construction of the T-beam erection of the cross-Lanqing railway bridge in the reconstruction and expansion project of the Ledu to Ping'an section of National Highway 109,this paper analyzes the safety risks in the erection of the T-beam of the cross-railway on the expressway,analyzes the installation sequence of the precast beam,the installation and rotation of the bridge erecting machine and the construction of the hole,and proposes the correspond-ing protection strategies,so as to successfully solve the difficult problems in the construction of the cross-railway line girder and ensure the smooth completion of the project,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
