摘要

凿岩机破岩的过程中钻杆钻头与岩体有着直接的接触,钻杆钻头在钻进过程中的各种参数综合反映了岩体的物理力学特性.在实际生产过程中,钻杆钻头在钻进过程中的参数信息却被忽视而未被采集,在一定程度上浪费了勘察信息资源.为研究凿岩机钻进过程中各种信息的关联性及采集方法,本文开展了基于凿岩机破岩理论的岩体抗钻指数及采集设备的研究.结果表明:岩体的抗钻指数与钻进速率v、振动加速度a、钻进压力p、钻杆转速N均有密切联系.在岩体抗钻性指数理论研究基础上给出了岩体抗钻性指数采集的设备设计方法,为基于岩体抗钻性指数的勘察技术发展提供参考.

Abstract

During the process of rock breaking by a rock drill,the drill bit of the rock drill has direct contact with the rock mass,and the various parameter information of the drill bit during the drilling process can comprehen-sively reflect the physical and mechanical properties of the rock mass.However,in the actual production and con-struction process,the various parameter information of the drill bit during the drilling process is ignored and not col-lected,which to some extent wastes exploration information resources.In order to study the correlation and collec-tion methods of various information during the drilling process of rock drills,this paper conducted research on the development of rock resistance index and collection equipment based on the rock breaking theory of rock drills.The research results indicate that the anti drilling index of rock mass is closely related to drilling rate v,vibration accel-eration a,drilling pressure p,and drilling rod speed N.In addition,based on the theoretical research of rock mass drilling resistance index,a device design method for collecting rock mass drilling resistance index has been pro-posed,providing theoretical and references for the development of exploration technology based on rock mass drill-ing resistance index in the later stage.
