不占道工况下隧道检修升降式平台的设计研究

现有高速公路隧道内出现拱顶及拱腰部位的病害时,受到高度的限制,往往需要占用车道、搭设临时支架等方式进行维修,但经常出现隧道内交通拥堵,耗费成本大,影响人民群众出行等问题.借鉴隧道全断面掘进机和桥梁维修升降式桁架平台的工作原理,研发了不占道工况下升降式自移动的全断面隧道检修作业平台(以下简称"检修平台").通过画图、Solid works、ANSYS等软件,研究检修平台的强度、刚度及稳定性等特征,结合试验验证,进行了反复优化设计.结果表明,本文研发的检修平台具有以下特点:一是具备自动行走、自动提升的功能,且提升高度可控,满足隧道日常维护作业需求,有效提高了检修平台的稳定性,减小了养护人员的恐惧感.二是结构轻量化,可根据不同隧道的结构尺寸进行快速安装及调整,承载能力强,方便养护人员维修的同时,又提高了其人身安全.三是不占道施工,减小了高速公路拥堵,更好地满足人民群众的出行需求.相关成果可为我国高速公路的隧道检修提供了技术支撑.
The design and research of tunnel maintenance lifting platform under the condition of no-traffic
When the diseases of the vault and the waist of the arch occur in the tunnel of the existing express-way,they are limited by the height and often need to occupy the driveway and set up temporary supports to carry out maintenance,but traffic jams often occur in the tunnel,it costs a lot of money and affects people's travel.Based on the working principle of tunnel full-section boring machine and bridge maintenance lifting truss platform,a kind of full-section working platform(referred to as"Maintenance platform")for tunnel maintenance is devel-oped.Through drawing,Solid works,ANSYS and other software,the strength,stiffness and stability characteris-tics of the inspection platform were studied.The results show that the maintenance platform developed in this paper has the following characteristics:first,it has the functions of automatic walking and automatic lifting,and the lift-ing height can be controlled to meet the needs of tunnel daily maintenance,the utility model effectively improves the stability of the maintenance platform and reduces the fear of the maintenance personnel.The second is the light-weight structure,which can be quickly installed and adjusted according to the size of the tunnel structure,bearing capacity is strong,convenient maintenance personnel maintenance,but also improve their personal safety.Third,the road construction,reducing the highway congestion,to better meet the needs of the People's travel.It provides the technical support and the reference for the later popularization and application of the highway tunnel overhaul in our country.
