弱胶结卵石地层隧道超前支护技术研究

作为交通基础设施的重要组成部分,隧道工程对于缩短线路里程、改善行车条件意义重大,我国隧道建设水平在不断的探索和发展中稳步提升.但在隧道工程发展中也遇到了多种复杂地质条件的困扰,其中弱胶结卵石地层是典型的复杂地层,该类地层综合地质成因复杂,成岩程度低,主要由砂、卵石组成,局部夹有大块漂石,孔隙被粉土、黏土等细小颗粒的土体填充或胶结,岩土体具有一定的粘聚力,但整体结构强度较低,属于一种不均匀的松散岩土介质系统.本文结合西互公路大庄隧道建设实例,研究弱胶结卵石地层超前支护措施,以解决弱胶结卵石地层隧道易超挖、成洞困难等问题.
Research on advanced support technology of tunnel in weakly consolidated cobble Stratum
As an important part of traffic infrastructure,tunnel engineering is of great significance to shorten the length of line and improve traffic conditions,the quantity and quality of tunnel construction have been in the forefront of the world,but in the course of tunnel engineering development in our country,we have also encoun-tered many kinds of complex geological conditions,among which the weak cementation pebble stratum is a typical complex stratum,the formation is of complex geological origin and low diagenesis,and is mainly composed of sand and pebbles,partly with large boulders,and the pores are filled or cemented by fine grains of soil such as silt and clay,rock and soil mass has a certain cohesion,but the overall structural strength is low,which belongs to an une-ven loose rock and soil medium system.Based on the example of Dazhuang Tunnel in Xihu Highway,this paper ex-plores and studies the advanced support measures in weak-cemented cobble stratum,so as to solve the problems of easy over-excavation and difficult tunnel-forming in weak-cemented cobble stratum.
