随着物联网技术的发展,智能化控制技术的应用也越来越广泛.本文基于物联网技术,引进了沥青路面施工质量监控系统,结合广东省广连高速公路工程实例,从沥青原材料进场,再到施工过程中混合料的生产、运输、摊铺、碾压等关键环节,利用智能监控系统,实时采集、推送和预警各项施工生产数据,并上传云端数据库,为工程业主、监理以及施工单位提供了一种针对沥青路面施工智能监控手段,可以显著提高沥青路面的施工质量,有效防止早期病害的发生.
Construction quality monitoring system of highway asphalt pavement based on internet of things technology and its application
with the development of Internet of things technology,the application of intelligent control technolo-gy is more and more extensive.Based on the technology of Internet of things,this paper introduces the quality mo-nitoring system of asphalt pavement construction,combining with the example of Guangdong Guanglian Expressway project,from the asphalt raw materials,during the process of construction,the intelligent monitoring system is used to collect,push and warn all the construction production data in real time,and upload the cloud database,this pa-per provides an intelligent monitoring method for the construction of asphalt pavement for the project owners,super-visors and construction units,which can significantly improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement and ef-fectively prevent the occurrence of early diseases.
