基于全寿命周期的波形腹板钢箱混凝土组合梁桥成本分析

波形腹板钢箱—混凝土组合梁桥作为一种预制结构桥梁,因其结构新颖、施工周期短、自重轻的特点,已在桥梁建设中得到了广泛应用.本文以甘肃景中机场连接线一座波形腹板钢箱—混凝土组合梁桥为例,考虑资金时间价值,采用不同社会成本折现率对该桥全寿命周期成本进行详细的预测分析.结果表明:波形腹板钢箱—混凝土组合梁桥全寿命周期成本受成本分析折现率的影响较大,成本分析折现率越高,全寿命周期成本就越低.另外,随着成本分析折现率增大,建设投资期成本占比增大,运营服役期、拆除回收期成本占比减小.本文的研究结论可为该类型桥梁的投资决策和方案比选提供参考.
Analysis of the whole life cycle cost of corrugated web steel box-concrete composite girder bridges
As a type of prefabricated structure bridge,the box concrete composite girder bridge with corrugated steel web has the characteristic of a novel structure,a short construction period,and light weight.Taking the box concrete composite girder bridge with corrugated steel web on the Jingzhong Expressway Airport Link in Gansu prov-ince as an example,the life cycle cost of the bridge was evaluated in detail herein by considering different discount ratios and finance and time values.The results show the discount ratio has a remarkable impact on the life cycle cost of box concrete composite girder bridge with corrugated steel web,and the higher the discount ratio is,the low-er the life cycle cost is whilst the rise in the discount ratio would increase the proportion of the cost in construction investment period to life cycle cost,but cause a reduction in the that of operation service period and demolition re-cycle period to life cycle cost.The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for the investment decision and be conducive to scheme comparison of this type of bridge to a certain extent.
