民航中央企业精神谱系具有强大的育人价值,将其全方位、全领域、全过程融入思政育人有助于引领员工听党话、跟党走,坚定勇攀高峰的信念,培养科学严谨的态度,激发敢打能胜的斗志.本文从构建协同育人体系、实现交替育人场域、融入职业技能培养全过程、贯穿技能全生命周期管理体系和纳入团队文化建设五个方面开展工作.
Abstract
The spiritual genealogy of central enterprises in civil aviation has a strong educational value,and in-tegrating its all-round,all-field and whole-process into ideological and political education will help lead em-ployees to listen to the Party,follow the Party,firmly adhere to climbing the peak,cultivate the scientific and rigor-ous attitude,and stimulate the fighting spirit of daring to fight and being able to win.The research is carried out from five aspects:constructing collaborative education system,realizing alternate education field,integrating into the whole process of vocational skills training,running through the whole life cycle of skills management system and integrating into the construction of team culture.
