随着交通建设工程的快速发展,用于增强土壤和相关结构的强度,提高交通设施承载能力和抗灾能力的钢筋笼焊接质量愈加受重视.而目前对钢筋笼的焊接仍依赖一定的人工作业,存在着低效率、高成本等问题.本文回顾了焊接机器人系统的发展历程,并分析概述了钢筋笼焊接机器人系统的研究发展与应用历程.此外,本文还阐述了钢筋笼焊接机器人系统可能面临的挑战,探讨了此类机器人系统的发展前景,包括智能化、离线编程仿真、绿色环保和人机协同等模块,为后续此类机器人的研究以及交通建设过程中钢筋笼的焊接方式选择提供了一定的参考.
Review on development and application of reinforcement cage welding robot system for traffic construction field
With the rapid development of transportation construction projects,the welding quality of steel cages used to enhance the strength of soil and related structures,improve the bearing capacity and disaster resistance of transportation facilities has attracted more and more attention.At present,the welding of steel cages still relies on certain manual operations,and there are problems such as low efficiency and high cost.This paper reviews the de-velopment process of welding robot system,and analyzes and summarizes the research development and application process of welding robot system in the field of steel cage welding.In addition,this paper also expounds the possible challenges of the steel cage welding robot system,and discusses the development prospects of this kind of robot sys-tem,including intelligent,off-line programming simulation,green environmental protection and human-machine cooperation modules,which provides a certain reference for the subsequent research of this kind of robot and the se-lection of welding methods of steel cage in the process of traffic construction.
