Research on soft land base high filling and deformation and stability simulation test research
In order to study the settlement deformation and stability of soft ground high fill embankment,Op-tum G2 software was used to simulate the dynamic filling process of soft ground high fill embankment,to obtain the settlement and deformation characteristics of high fill embankment under the short-term and long-term condi-tions,and to calculate the coefficients of safety of the high fill embankment under the short-term and long-term conditions by the strength reduction method.The study shows that:the settlement value of high fill embankment with soft ground is positively correlated with the filling height,and the settlement deformation of short-term and long-term working conditions shows a"U"shape;with the increase of filling height,the safety coefficient of high fill embankment with long-term working conditions will be reduced,but for high fill embankment with short-term working conditions,its safety coefficient will be increased;with the increase of filling height,the safety coefficient of high fill embankment with short-term working conditions will be reduced,and with the increase of filling height,the safety coefficient of high fill embankment with long term working conditions will be reduced.With the increase of filling height,the safety coefficient of high-fill embankment for short-term and long-term conditions will increase after laying geogrids.The above research results can be of great significance for the design,construc-tion and maintenance of high-fill embankment projects with soft ground.
