河西地区钢筋混凝土道面早期强度增长特征研究

为了研究河西地区钢筋混凝土道面早期强度的增长特征,文章以G30 连霍高速肃州服务区新建项目钢筋混凝土道面施工为研究对象,采用现场实测的方式获取了40 个测区的混凝土强度数值进行统计分析.结果表明:钢筋混凝土道面早期抗压强度增长较快,混凝土浇筑完成后第3 天可达设计强度的 84.4%、第 7 天可达设计强度的98.34%;75%的测区能够在7 天内达到混凝土设计强度,90%的测区能够在9 天内达到混凝土设计强度.钢筋混凝土道面早期强度的增长特征能够给钢筋混凝土道面的施工提供指导建议,能够最大限度地降低钢筋混凝土道面裂缝的发生率.
Research on the early strength growth characteristics of reinforced concrete pavement in Hexi region
In order to study the growth characteristics of early strength of reinforced concrete pavement in Hexi re-gion,this article takes the construction of reinforced concrete pavement in the new project of G30 Lianhuo expressway Suzhou service area as the research object,and obtains concrete strength values from 40 measurement areas through on-site measurement for statistical analysis.The results show that the early compressive strength of reinforced concrete pave-ment increases rapidly,reaching 84.4%of the design strength on the third day and 98.34%of the design strength on the seventh day after concrete pouring is completed;75%of the test areas can reach the design strength of concrete within 7 days,and 90%of the test areas can reach the design strength of concrete within 9 days.Studying the growth characteris-tics of early strength of reinforced concrete pavement can provide guidance and suggestions for the construction of rein-forced concrete pavement,and can minimize the occurrence of cracks in reinforced concrete pavement.
