Drawing upon existing literature and considering Qinghai Province's specific circumstances,this study adopts a fresh perspective to systematically analyze and summarize essential elements pertaining to optimize the services environment within Qinghai Province's science and technology business incubators.Building upon this foundation,it constructs key behaviors for various service entities involved in enhancing the incubator's service environment,aiming to provide guidance for effectively fostering a favorable ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship in Qinghai Province.
