为诊断西宁市南川河健康状态,构建包含形态结构完整性、水文完整性、化学完整性、生物完整性、社会服务功能可持续性 5 个亚准则层共 15 个评价指标的河流健康评价指标体系,文章采用层次分析法确定指标权重并进行了健康评价,以期为维持水生态平衡、实现流域生态保护和高质量发展提供参考。结果表明:南川河健康评分79。04分,处于整体健康状态,属于二类河流。亚准则层水文完整性为40。4分,化学完整性为94。64分,形态结构完整性为 76。36 分,生物完整性为 72。2 分,社会服务功能可持续性为 95。36 分。水文完整性得分最低,未来提升河流健康状况需重点增强河流的纵向连通性,提高河流生态流量保证率,强化水资源适应性管理。
Health Assessment and Protection Measures of Nanchuan River in Xining City,China
In order to diagnose the health status of Nanchuan River,we constructed a river health evaluation index system with 15 evaluation indexes in 5 sub-criteria layers,including morphological structural integrity,hydrological integrity,chemical integrity,biological integrity,and sustainability of social service functions.Hierarchical analysis was used to determine the weights of indicators and conduct health evaluation,with a view to providing reference for maintaining water ecological balance and realizing ecological protection and high-quality development of the watershed.The results show that the Nanchuan River has a health score of 79.04,which is in a state of overall health and is a Class II river.The sub-criteria stratum has a hydrologic integrity score of 40.40,a chemical integrity score of 94.64,a morphological structural integrity score of 76.36,a biological integrity score of 72.2,and a sustainability score of 95.36 for social service functions.Hydrological integrity scores are the lowest,and future enhancement of river health needs to focus on increasing vertical connectivity,improving the guaranteed ecological flow rate of rivers,and strengthening adaptive management of water resources.
