Determination and Preliminary Analysis of Blood Physiology and Biochemical Indexes of Felisbieti
Felisbieti are national first-class protected animals, and due to their sparse distribution, there are few systematic studies on them, especially the basic research data on their blood physiology and biochemical indicators are extremely scarce. In this study,23 blood cell indexes and 16 biochemical indexes were measured in 6 non-breeding healthy Felisbieti, and the differences were analyzed according to their sex, aiming to provide basic data for the study of Felisbieti. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the blood cell values of 23 biochemical indexes between males and females(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between males and females in 14 of the 16 biochemical indexes of Felisbieti(P>0.05),only phosphorus ion and cholesterol were different, and the phosphorus ion value of males was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.05)and cholesterol was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.01).
