外文摘要：This paper analyzes the factors affecting the availability of meteorological observation data,and discusses the methods to improve the availability of automatic weather station observation data from three aspects:(MDOS)data quality control efficiency,automatic weather station technical support ability and station monitoring and processing capacity.It can provide a solid meteorological foundation for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,meteorological early warning and prediction services,etc.
