Reflections on the Construction and Development of New R&D Institutions
New R&D institutions play a very important role in the modern scientific and technological innovation system,through which we can effectively integrate industry-university-research resources,accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the laboratory to the market,and promote scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading.This paper comprehensively analyzes the types and characteristics of new R&D institutions in China,including university-led,industrial service-oriented,government-university co-construction,etc.,and discusses their key role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and local economic development.At the same time,the main problems existing in the strategic positioning,management mechanism,market docking and other aspects of these institutions are deeply analyzed,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that it can provide theoretical support for the optimization and development of new R&D institutions,and also provide reference for the construction of China's regional scientific and technological innovation system and the practice of industrial upgrading.
