Analysis of Shear Pin Shear Causes and Design of Special Disassembly Tools for Hydraulic Turbine of Laxiwa Hydropower Station
As the safety protection device of water guide mechanism of hydraulic turbine,shear pin plays a key role in the safe and stable operation of hydraulic turbine.In this paper,the reasons for frequent shearing pins of Laxiwa Hydropower Station in recent years are summarized and analyzed,and a special shearing pin disassembly tool is designed through Solidworks modeling to solve the difficult problem of disassembly of shearing pins.The design has obtained good results in practical application,and has certain reference significance for the treatment of similar problems in hydropower station in the future.
