青海省海南藏族自治州共和县恰卜恰镇索吉亥泥石流沟每到汛期就会发生不同程度的灾情,且有加剧的趋势。文章通过多种手段对恰卜恰镇索吉亥村北侧泥石流沟进行工程地质测绘、现场原位测试、室内试验、数据计算等多种试验分析计算,由于索吉亥村北侧泥石流沟无泥石流防护工程,加之当地泥石流沟新构造运动以来,区内表现出整体抬升,使得第四系堆积物构成高阶地,在遭受后期水流等强烈侵蚀切割作用下和区内表层地质以单一结构黄土、双层结构的粉土、卵砾类土为主。在暴雨作用下,地形开阔呈"瓢"形,有利于地表降水汇集,沟口又没有固定的排导措施,是导致发生泥石流灾害的主要前提。文章针对该泥石流沟发育特征提出了在中上游沟道修建拦挡坝、拦截泥石流大颗粒固体物源,在下游沟口修建排导槽以减少泥石流对沟道的下切,稳定沟床,将过滤的雨水和细小的颗粒排导至安全区的预防措施,以期为相关灾害防治带来参考。
Developmental Characteristics and Emergency Prevention and Control Measures of Suojihai Mudslide in Qiabuqia Township,Gonghe County,Qinghai Province
The Suojihai Mudslide Gully in Chabucha Town,Gonghe County,Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Qinghai Province,experiences varying degrees of disasters during the flood season,with an increasing trend.In this paper,a variety of experimental analysis and calculations are carried out on the debris flow ditch on the north side of Suojihai Village,Qapcha Town,through a variety of means,such as engineering geological surveying and mapping,field in-situ testing,indoor test,data calculation,etc.Because there is no debris flow protection project on the north side of Suojihai Village,and since the neotectonic movement of the local debris flow gully,the area has shown an overall uplift,so that the Quaternary sediments constitute a high terrace,and the surface geology in the area is dominated by single-structure loess,double-layer silt and gravel soil under the strong erosion and cutting action of water flow in the later period.Under the action of heavy rainfall,the terrain is open and in the shape of"scoop",which is conducive to the collection of surface precipitation,and there is no fixed drainage and diversion measures at the mouth of the ditch,which is the main premise for the occurrence of debris flow disasters.According to the development characteristics of the debris flow gully,this paper proposes to build a retaining dam in the middle and upper reaches of the ditch to intercept the source of large particles of solid matter in the debris flow.A drainage channel was constructed at the mouth of the downstream ditch to reduce the undercutting of the channel by debris flow,stabilize the ditch bed,and discharge the filtered rainwater and fine particles to the safety zone,so as to provide reference for related disaster prevention and control.
