摘要
为提升我国仓储物流企业在国际市场的竞争力并有效提高盈利能力,亟需对其成本控制进行优化.文章概述了仓储物流成本控制的关键因素,分析了仓储物流成本控制的现状和存在的问题,进而提出优化运作效率、优化库存管理、优化供应链合作和优化人力资源管理的优化措施,为仓储物流企业提供参考.
Abstract
To enhance the competitiveness of China's warehousing and logistics enterprises in the international market and effectively improve their profitability,it is urgent to optimize their cost control.The article outlined the key factors of warehousing logistics cost control,analysed the current situation and existing problems of warehousing logistics cost control,and then put forward optimisation measures including optimizing operational efficiency,inventory management,supply chain synergy and human resource management,with the aim of providing a reference for warehousing logistics enterprises.
