Research on the Evaluation Method of Professional Competency of Grassroots Public Management Talents in the Era of Digital Intelligence
In the context of the rapid development of digital intelligence,the key role of talent in economic and social development has become more prominent.This paper takes grassroots public management talents as the research object,and aims to construct a professional competency quality evaluation index system for the digital intelligence of governance.Through literature analysis,behavioral event interviews,expert evaluation and empirical analysis,this paper extracts four dimensions(knowledge structure,skill system,conceptual awareness,innovation adaptation)and 19 competency indicators that grassroots public management talents should possess in the era of digital intelligence.The results show that the skill system dimension has the highest weight,followed by the innovation adaptation dimension,the concept awareness dimension,and the knowledge structure dimension.This index system can provide a reference for the training,selection,and assessment of grassroots public management talents.
