Assessment and Analysis of Digital Economy Development Level and Influencing Factors in Qinghai Province
With the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the advancement of information technology,we have entered the era of the digital economy.A clearer understanding of the digital economy,including its development trajectory and influencing factors,is more conducive to fostering the growth of the digital economy and enhancing the quality of its development.The findings reveal that although the digital economy in Qinghai Province lags behind the national average,it possesses ample development momentum and a favorable growth trend.The article establishes an evaluation index system for the level of digital economy development in Qinghai Province and conducts a comprehensive assessment.It also analyzes the theoretical and empirical factors affecting the digital economy in Qinghai Province,revealing that infrastructure,human capital,and technological innovation are key drivers of the development of digital economy.These three categories of indicators are all positively correlated with the development of Qinghai's digital economy.Based on these correlations,the article offers development suggestions aimed at promoting regional digital economic growth.
